12th of April 2012, at SMK Bukit Diman, SK Kuala Berang participated in the Choral Speaking Competition District Level 2012. There were eight schools competed in the competition. With a great effort from the team started a month ago, SK Kuala Berang was announced as the first runner-up.
This achievement is better as we were the second runner-up last year. The team comprised of 31 pupils, a combination of year 4 to year 6, lead by Siti Aisyah Parni as the conductor. For 2012, the team was coached by Teacher Noor Fadzilah bt Ali and accompanied by Teacher Aminah bt Ismail on the competition day.
